I'm torn between thinking the author is a genius or was sloppy and I may have to re-read the book to try and sort out when I figured out a particular character ... it was a great read but I'm not sure how much,uh, replay value it'll have.
Made a dozen or more cards of various IPv6 silhouettes and poked at the Programmer's mode on Calculator.app helpfully. Fussed at routers for hours and hours with only a little progress.
Either dd-wrt v24 isn't actually working right, none of the documentation has been updated for the v24 release, or .. well it's both, naturally.
Read thirteen chapters of David Brin's Startide Rising just now and I'm off to bed. The second two books in Brin's first trilogy of Uplift books were in the post (via Amazon Marketplace) when I took the trash out. One of these free with shipping (so, 4 bucks) paperbacks has a Border's pricetag on it for $6.99 USD.
